From outer and inner cylindrical surfaces, through cone shaping, face turning, grooving, boring, to rotary surface finishing, this machine delivers both coarse and fine tuning with remarkable efficiency.
At the heart of the machine's operations is the main drive, powered by a DC motor. This is complemented by a sophisticated two-spindle speed change mechanism, which ensures a versatile workbench speed range, making it adaptable to a variety of machining needs.
This machine's structural integrity is fortified by its robust connection of left and right columns, connecting beams, workbench base, and more. The design features a high rigidity framework and excellent load-bearing capabilities. Additionally, its beam clamping mechanism is equipped with a hydraulic locking device, enhancing the stability and reliability of operations across multiple stations.

The machine's tool post is driven by a CNC single tool holder structure, with the tool rest gliding along the X-axis horizontally and the RAM moving vertically along the Z-axis. Both axes are propelled by servo motors through a precise ball screw transmission and gear set, enabling efficient tool rest feeding and swift movements.

The workbench boasts a thermally symmetric design. Its main shaft is supported by a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing, ensuring accurate radial centering. Enhanced by axis constant current static pressure guide rails and oil temperature control, the workbench achieves exceptional rotational accuracy, substantial load-bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

The vertical tool rest is crafted with a horizontal guide rail featuring static pressure unloading, complemented by a composite guide rail and sliding guide rail system. The vertical RAM movement is facilitated by a precise sliding guide rail, ensuring smooth and accurate operations.
