The workbench is constructed with a thermal symmetric structure, ensuring optimal thermal stability. Its main shaft is fitted with a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing for radial clearance centering. Combined with an axial constant current static pressure guide rail and oil temperature device, the workbench achieves exceptional rotational accuracy, substantial bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
Our vertical tool rest is supported by a horizontal guide rail featuring static pressure unloading, skid composite, and sliding guide systems. The vertical ram movement is facilitated through a sliding guide rail, ensuring smooth and precise operation.
