The workbench is designed with a thermal symmetric structure, utilizing a main shaft that incorporates high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearings for radial clearance centering. Its axial movement benefits from a constant current static pressure guide rail, complemented by an oil temperature device, which collectively contribute to the workbench's high rotational accuracy, substantial bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest's horizontal guide rail is equipped with a static pressure unloading guide, a skid composite guide rail, and a sliding guide rail. Meanwhile, the vertical ram benefits from the precision of a sliding guide rail, ensuring smooth and reliable movement.
