Our machine's main drive is powered by a robust DC motor, ingeniously connected through a dual spindle speed change mechanism that ensures a comprehensive speed range for the workbench. This setup guarantees absolute control and flexibility, enabling optimal performance across a variety of tasks.
Boasting an exceptionally strong structure, the machine's frame is meticulously crafted from interconnected components, including left and right columns, a connecting beam, workbench base, and more. This design offers unparalleled rigidity and high load-bearing capability. The hydraulic locking device for the beam clamping mechanism further ensures stability and reliability across multiple stations, making it an indispensable tool for demanding applications.

Our state-of-the-art machine features a CNC-controlled tool post with a single-tool holder design. The precision of the machine tool rest is enhanced by the motion of the level X-axis and vertical ram moving on the Z-axis. Both axes are driven by servo motors through high-precision ball screws and gear sets, facilitating smooth and rapid tool rest feeding and movement, maximizing productivity and precision.

The workbench is engineered with a thermal symmetric structure that underpins its high-precision performance. Featuring a main shaft supported by an adjustable double row of short cylindrical roller bearings, the design ensures radial clearance precision. The axial movement benefits from a constant current static pressure guide rail, complete with oil temperature control, which enhances the workbench's high rotational accuracy, large bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

The vertical tool rest is designed with a horizontal guide rail utilizing static pressure unloading, alongside a composite skid guide rail and sliding guide rail. The vertical ram's movement is smoothly executed through a sliding guide rail, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional precision.
