It excels in handling the internal and external surfaces of cylindrical components, including intricate cone surfaces, faces, grooves, boring tasks, and both coarse and fine rotary surface tuning.
The main drive of the machine tool is powered by a robust DC motor, which operates through a sophisticated dual spindle speed change mechanism. This innovative design allows for an expansive range of speeds for the workbench, ensuring optimal performance and adaptability.
Constructed with a formidable design, the machine features a connection of left and right columns, a connecting beam, main beam, and workbench base, all contributing to its robust rigidity and high load-bearing capacity. The hydraulic locking device for multi-station beam clamping ensures stability and reliability, making it a powerhouse of precision and efficiency.

The machine's feed tool post utilizes a state-of-the-art CNC single tool holder structure. The tool rest slide motion operates on the X-axis horizontally and the vertical ram on the Z-axis. Both axes are driven by advanced servo motors, employing high-precision ball screw transmission and gear sets to achieve precise tool rest feeding and swift movement.

The workbench features a thermally symmetric structure, with its main shaft supported by a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing for optimal radial clearance centering. It uses a constant current static pressure guide rail for axial alignment, equipped with oil temperature regulation to ensure high rotational accuracy, impressive load-bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

The vertical tool rest's horizontal guide rail incorporates a static pressure unloading guide, along with a skid composite guide rail and sliding guide rail. The vertical ram's movement is executed on a sliding guide rail, ensuring seamless and smooth operational performance.
