The machine's feed tool post showcases an advanced CNC single tool holder structure. The X-axis manages horizontal slide motion, while the Z-axis oversees vertical ram movement. The workbench features a thermally symmetric design. With a robust main shaft supported by a high-precision, adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing for radial clearance centering, it integrates constant current static pressure guides axially. Equipped with oil temperature regulation, it ensures outstanding rotational accuracy, substantial load capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest incorporates a horizontal guide rail with a static pressure unloading guide, along with skid composite and sliding guide rails. Vertical ram movements are efficiently managed by the sliding guide rail, enhancing the machine's stability and performance.
