The core of this machine's power lies in its sophisticated main drive system, expertly powered by a robust DC motor. This motor works seamlessly with a dual-spindle speed change mechanism, enabling an expansive speed range for the workbench, ensuring versatility and precision in every operation.
Constructed with a design that commands strength and durability, the machine integrates its left and right columns with connecting beams and a workbench base. This robust structure offers unparalleled rigidity and load-bearing capability. Furthermore, its advanced hydraulic locking system ensures stable and reliable performance across multiple stations, making it a paragon of engineering excellence.

The machine's feed tool post showcases innovation with its CNC single tool holder structure. It operates with precision across two axes: the X-axis for horizontal slide motion and the Z-axis for vertical ram movement. Both axes are driven by high-performance servo motors, utilizing high-precision ball screws and transmission ratio gears, achieving rapid and accurate tool rest movements.

Our workbench features a thermally symmetric structure, enhancing stability and precision. The main shaft is supported by an adjustable, high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearing, ensuring radial clearance centering. Axially, it incorporates a constant current static pressure guide rail, paired with precise oil temperature regulation. This combination delivers outstanding rotational accuracy, substantial load capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

The vertical tool rest is equipped with a meticulously designed horizontal guide rail system. It includes a static pressure unloading guide, a skid composite guide, and a sliding guide rail for the vertical ram's movement.
