The machine's feeding head showcases a sophisticated double frame structure. The right tool post is equipped with a numerical control tool rest, while the left tool post features an SPC tool rest. The horizontal motion of the machine tool rest utilizes X and U axes, and the vertical ram operates along Z and W axes, all driven by precision servo motors. This configuration ensures high accuracy, with gear transmission ball screws enabling both feeding and rapid movements.
Our workbench is engineered with a thermal symmetric structure, featuring a main shaft that utilizes a high precision adjustable double row short cylindrical roller bearing for radial clearance centering. It incorporates a constant current static pressure guide rail for axial precision. Additionally, the oil temperature control device enhances the workbench's high rotational accuracy, substantial bearing capacity, and minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring superior performance.
The vertical tool rest is enhanced with an oil static pressure unloading guide rail, skid composite guide rail, and sliding guide rail for vertical ram movement. This design promotes smooth and efficient operations, optimizing your machining processes.
