The right tool post features a numerical control tool rest while the left tool post is equipped with an SPC tool rest. The horizontal motion of the machine tool rest slides on the X and U axes, while the vertical ram operates on the Z and W axes. These four axes are driven by precision servo motors, and the transmission utilizes high accuracy gear mechanisms and ball screws, guaranteeing precise, rapid, and flawless movement of the tool rest.
The workbench is crafted with a thermally symmetrical structure, where the main shaft employs high precision, adjustable, double-row short cylindrical roller bearings for radial alignment and axial centering.
