The machine tool rest maneuvers horizontally along the X and U axes and vertically along the Z and W axes, all powered by a high-precision servo motor. The gears transmission and ball screw system enable precise feeding and quick movements, enhancing operational efficiency.
The workbench is crafted with a thermo-symmetric structure, ensuring stability and precision. It incorporates a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing for radial clearance centering, and uses a constant current static pressure guide rail for axial support. With an integrated oil temperature control device, the workbench exhibits exceptional rotational accuracy, extensive load-bearing capabilities, and minimized thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest features an innovative horizontal guide rail with oil static pressure unloading, alongside a skid composite guide rail for optimal performance. The movement of the vertical ram is supported by a sliding guide rail, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
The lathe's numerical control system provides flexibility with the option of Siemens or Rexroth systems. Customers can also select from other system configurations to best suit their specific operational requirements.
