Its hydraulic locking beam clamping mechanism supports multiple stations, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The machine's feeding head is crafted with a double frame structure. The right tool post supports a numerical control tool rest, while the left accommodates an SPC tool rest. The tool rest slides in a horizontal motion along the X and U axes, and in a vertical ram motion along the Z and W axes. These four axes are driven by a precision servo motor, with high-precision gear transmission and ball screws, facilitating both rest feed and rapid movement.
The workbench features a thermal symmetric structure, with its main shaft supported by high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. These bearings offer radial clearance centering and axial support through a constant current static pressure guide rail. Additionally, an oil temperature control device is configured to ensure the workbench maintains high rotational accuracy, significant bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest features an oil static pressure unloading guide for its horizontal guide rail, incorporating a skid composite guide rail alongside sliding guide rails for vertical ram movement, ensuring smooth and precise adjustments.
The numerical control system is powered by the state-of-the-art Siemens or Rexroth systems, though customers have the flexibility to choose an alternative system to suit their specific requirements.
