Our machine features a sophisticated main drive powered by a robust DC motor. The two-spindle speed change mechanism offers an impressive range of workbench speeds. The machine is structurally connected by left and right columns, beams, and a frame-type table base, providing exceptional rigidity and high load-bearing capabilities. It also boasts a state-of-the-art hydraulic locking device for multiple stations, ensuring stability and reliability during extended operations.

The machine's feeding head is ingeniously designed with a double frame structure. The right tool post is equipped with a numerically controlled tool rest, while the left tool post features an SPC tool rest. It offers advanced horizontal motion with the X and U axes, and vertical ram motion with the Z and W axes—all powered by high-precision servo motors. These motors drive the gearbox, ball screw transmission, and gears, guaranteeing precise rest feed and rapid movement.

The workbench features a thermally symmetric structure for optimized performance. Its main shaft is supported by a high-precision adjustable double row short cylindrical roller bearing with radial clearance centering. The axial component uses a constant current static pressure guide rail, enhanced by an oil temperature control device. These features collectively ensure high rotational accuracy, significant bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

Designed for superior efficiency, the vertical tool rest utilizes an oil-static pressure unloading guide rail, complemented by a skid composite guide rail and sliding guide rail. This setup is crafted to facilitate smooth and precise vertical ram movements.
