The cutting-edge machine feeding head is crafted with a double frame structure for optimal performance. The right tool post is equipped with a numerical control tool rest, while the left tool post supports an SPC tool rest. With horizontal motion across the X and U axes, and vertical movement on the Z and W axes, the system is driven by a servo motor. This high-precision setup employs gears for ball screw transmission, ensuring swift and precise feeding and rapid movement.
Our workbench is crafted with a thermal symmetric structure for impeccable balance. The high-precision main shaft incorporates an adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing, providing radial clearance centering on a constant current hydrostatic guide rail. With an integrated oil temperature device, the workbench stands out with exceptional rotational accuracy, a formidable bearing capacity, and minimized thermal deformation.
The vertical tool rest benefits from a state-of-the-art horizontal guide rail with oil static pressure unloading and skid composite guide rails, ensuring smooth operation. The sliding guide rail efficiently supports vertical ram movements, enhancing the machine's overall precision and reliability.
