Engineered for precision, the machine's feeding head boasts a sophisticated double frame structure. The right tool post is crafted for a numerical control tool rest, while the left is designed for an SPC tool rest. It incorporates a four-axis configuration: horizontal motion through the X and U axes, and vertical ram movement via the Z and W axes, all powered by servo motor drives. This mechanism ensures superior precision with gears transmission ball screws, facilitating feed and fast movement with remarkable accuracy.
The workbench showcases a thermal symmetric structure, enhancing operational stability. Its main shaft is supported by a high-precision adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearing, ensuring precise radial alignment. The workbench also utilizes a constant current static pressure guide rail with an integrated oil temperature device, delivering exceptional rotational accuracy, substantial bearing capacity, and minimized thermal deformation.
Our vertical tool rest incorporates an oil static pressure unloading guide rail, complemented by a skid composite guide rail and a sliding guide rail, all meticulously crafted to facilitate the vertical ram's smooth and precise movement.
