This exceptional series of machines is expertly engineered to utilize hard alloy and ceramic cutting tools, making it the perfect solution for machining black metals and select non-metallic components. It masterfully handles the intricate processes of outer and inner cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, faces, grooves, boring, and rotary surface fine and rough turning with precision and ease.
The machine's main drive is powered by a robust DC motor, which seamlessly operates through a dual spindle speed change mechanism, offering an expansive speed range for the workbench. The sturdy frame, connected by left and right columns, alongside the beam and table base, ensures unparalleled rigidity and high load-bearing capacity. With its hydraulic locking mechanism for multiple stations, this machine delivers unwavering stability and reliability during operation.

Featuring a double frame structure, the machine's feeding head provides a right tool post equipped with a numerical control tool rest, while the left tool post is fitted with an SPC tool rest. The horizontal motion on the X and U axes and the vertical movement on the Z and W axes are driven by precision servo motors. This advanced system utilizes a high-precision ball screw gear transmission to guarantee exceptional feed accuracy and rapid movement.

The workbench is crafted with a thermally symmetric structure and its main shaft is supported by high-precision, adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearings. With a constant current static pressure guide rail for axial centering and an oil temperature control device, the workbench boasts superior rotational accuracy, immense bearing capacity, and minimal thermal deformation.

The vertical tool rest is equipped with a horizontal guide rail featuring an oil static pressure unloading guide, a composite skid guide rail, and a sliding guide rail for vertical ram movement, ensuring smooth and precise operations.

Our advanced numerical control system is available with either Siemens or Rexroth options, providing flexibility and customization to meet specific customer needs. Additional system preferences can also be accommodated upon request.
