Single-column vertical lathe is a common machine tool, mainly used for processing various disc-shaped parts and ball plates of steel ball equipment. Its structural features include hydraulic shifting main gearbox, manual rotary valve selected worktable speed, vertical tool rest, hydraulic system pressure holding device, spring clamping crossbeam clamping mechanism, etc. .

This series of machine is used for various rough and finish turnings including internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface,end face and grooving.

The work table uses dynamical pressure slide-way and NN30 dual cylinder roller bearing. It has features of high bearing capacity and revolving precision.

Pentagonal tool slide is set on the vertical tool head, square tool slide is set on the side tool head. Both tool heads are balanced hydraulically.

The machine is controlled by PLC. With the DRO, with high reliability.

The machine has good shape and easy to operate.

The side tool head and the taper accessories are provided according to special demands.
